Apparently the new ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice, says that North Korea will "pay a price" for openly defying U.N. resolutions, telling the North to halt their weapons programs. Well given how lazy Democrats were with WMDs..
I'm inclined to indifference regarding Ambassador Rice's remarks...
