For starters, FDR was a joke
and JFK only did so much for the country, but the commonality of them was that there were laws created because of what happened with them. Think about it. FDR served 3 full terms even though he didn't finish his 4th term due to his death in 1945. Terms limits were instated soon after to just two terms for a sitting president. I still wonder why we haven't passed term limit laws for Congress, but that's another can of worms all together. Next we go to JFK. Now, laws and regulations were passed because unfortunately he was assassinated. In the decades since his untimely death, the motorcade has become decidedly more protected and remains so to this day, no more open presidential limos
So I get to thinking - Obama may be another Democrat to have strict laws and regulations come about because of what happened to him. As soon as the courts grow a pair and stop listening to these lawyer firms with million dollar cash retainers funding them, screaming "technicality" on the issue of Obama's eligibility
we can get something done and have stricter laws put in place to force future candidates running for any major office to show us their birth certificates
it remains to be seen if this will actually happen...
